Fund My Dental offers two interest free payment plan options:

The $39 Plan covers up to $1000 worth of treatment, with a max of $39 debited weekly and a $39 establishment fee.

The $79 Plan covers up to $2000 worth of treatment, with a max of $79 debited weekly and a $129 establishment fee.
